"I just wanted to say that I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Professional Auto Collision. Not only did the repairs look like new, but the ENTIRE six year old vehicle looked showroom ready. They detailed it in its entirety, inside and out. The quality of the repair work is top notch. I can't emphasize more that I especially like the way they treat me as a customer. While service still seems to be lacking in many businesses in our post pandemic world, it is refreshing to find that there are still companies out there like Professional Auto Collision that treat each customer as an individual, one on one, not a number or dollar bill. I really felt as though the company was looking out for my best interests as they went above and beyond to address all issues (even a surprise found during repair) to make everything right the first time. I can't speak more highly of Doug and Professional Auto Collision. Thanks again for a hassle free transaction with the insurance company and getting my vehicle back on the road looking like brand new!"

"I can’t thank this shop enough for their excellent service. In a very stressful moment on the highway- I just happened to be right by the Clio exit during a 3 hour trip and was directed to this shop by two kind young men at the corner gas station who also tried to help. This shop absolutely did not have to help me, but they did on the spot. Their kindness and patience was such a massive guardian angel moment that will stick with me.
